If you recently completed the Open Water Diver course, this will be a quick refresher. If it’s been some time, the Quick Review will not only help you refresh your memory, but will help bring you up to date with changes, and alert you to anything you might want to review during your Scuba Review.

Scuba Review participants who are certified divers must complete a Release and a Medical Statement* in advance of the pool skill session. Participants must also bring in their certification card.

Scuba Review participants who are not certified divers must complete a Medical Statement*, Liability Release, and Standard Safe Diving Practices in advance of the pool skill session. If you answer yes to any question on the Medical Statement portion, please have your physician sign on Page 2 in advance of the pool skill session.
